Declaration of Consent I hereby give my free consent to Mercedes-Benz India Private Limited, its Authorized Dealers and Daimler Group Companies for using my personal data/information for the purposes mentioned in the Declaration of Consent. I have read and understood the content of the Declaration of Consent.

Declaration of Consent for Data

I would like to receive information and advice about the products and services offered by Mercedes-Benz India Pvt. Ltd (MB India), Daimler Financial Services India Pvt. Ltd (DFS) [MB India and DFSI are collectively referred to as the Companies] and the Authorized Dealers of the MB India.

For this purpose, I hereby give my free consent to the Companies and Authorized Dealers of MB India, for the below personal data/information (Personal Information):

my name, contact details, Driving License or other identification document, and any other personal information which may be provided by me;
data about my vehicle (e.g. vehicle configuration, mileage, data from the digital service booklet) and
information about products purchased and services used (e.g. lease agreements, vehicle configurations stored)

which may be collected, processed and used by the Companies and Authorized Dealers of MB India and shared amongst these companies.

I understand that the Personal Information generally may be used to provide me with products, services and offers by the Companies and or Authorized Dealers of MB India tailored to my interests including test drives, events, special offers, services during a dealer visit (herein referred to as 'Purpose'). I also understand that for the Purpose, analytical procedures including data profiling, profile building etc. may be used to assess my interests. I also consent to being asked to partake in opinion surveys on products and services of the Companies and or its Authorized Dealers of MB India.

I also give my consent –

- for disclosure, transfer and sharing of my Personal Information by the Companies and Authorized Dealers of MB India with (i) the Companies' parent company namely Daimler AG, its subsidiaries and affiliate companies, wherever located; (ii) Authorized Dealers of the MB India; and (iii) third party service providers, agents of the Companies for any of the Purposes or for processing of any of the Purposes.
- for disclosure of my Personal Information to the statutory authorities, government agencies and statutory auditors, which may be demanded or required by them in performance of their statutory duties.

I understand that the usage and processing of the Personal Data for the purposes specified above is based on my consent. I am fully aware that providing consent for collection and processing my aforesaid information is voluntary.
